I’ve talked before about getting big and my personal views on that particular issue, but I also realize that being huge in other ways is also not such a good idea. This is why I am currently on a calorie controlled diet and am limiting myself from the joys of food and eating. Most people who see me don’t think I look fat, but the point is that I don’t feel great most of the time, so it is better that I do something about it rather than continuing to feel that way. So Steph and I forge through this tough time, hopefully to emerge feeling great.
