Own a Real Estate Empire

So, how do you fancy yourself running a gigantic real estate empire? In Be Rich you can certainly give it your best shot.

Your main objectives in this real estate, time management game is to  increase the amount of money you own , while spending it. At first, you pick  your name  , a company name and choose who you want as your Assistant Manager  ( there are three people available to choose from  ). Starting as  CEO Mr. Wealthy McRich, armed with a trusty Assistant you start the company ‘BigMoney.Inc’ in in search of a dream  .

A  quick tutorial  begins, which you can skip. However, and I recommend this with every game , no matter how much you think you know, you should always wise to play out the tutorial. I learned the basics and to put it simple, in Career Mode you travel from place to place  , building houses, trading  them, upgrading them , buying shops , having sales, collecting cheques , repairing, decorating and much, much more. All the things you do, either increase citizens’ happiness or increase the daily amount of money earned.  You can easily get to grips with these types of free online games. After just a few minutes of play I was able to unlock various trophies and different titles which allowed me to upgrade my real estate empire

In Be Rich you will spend most of your time controlling the houses you own . Even though it starts out simple, you eventually end up being bombarded with tens of things to do at once . A certain goal  on one of the stages was to gain a certain amount of money in the bank  so I could build a bridge and start  expanding my real estate empire on the other side of the river . Not only that, I had to increase the daily revenue to a certain amount  . The ‘expert’ award required this to be completed within  15 days . It was exciting on day 13th ( every days lasts around 10 real-time seconds  ) when striving for the ‘expert’ award, I didn’t think I would accomplish it in time. I found myself madly clicking here and there, repairing certain buildings  , receiving cheques, making sales  at the nearby store I owned just to try and complete my objectives before the end of the day.

Visually , Be Rich is satisfactory. It is easy on the eyes and the animations are done well enough. If, by any chance, you get frustrated at the looping soundtrack you can easily turn it off  ,option that most flash games provide. On the subject of longevity, I think it does the job. During your time playing Career mode, you unlock 7 different types of houses that are all statistically different, 5 different buildings and 5 different decorations.

As well as Career mode, there is also Sandbox mode. This mode is great if you want a quick play after you have finished the Career mode and became a little ‘expert’.  In practice, it gives you freedom. You are given a large plot of land and a fixed amount of money . This is where most of your time and effort will go, as there really are no limits, no restrictions .

For people who are generally interesting in money-making, marketing or property, you will enjoy this more than the average person. Although this is not a free game I can guarantee that this frantic time-management game is worth every penny. After all, where and how else can you build your perfect housing estate, your empire, your paradise?
